CONGRATULATIONS - It's a garden !
We had such a great day :)
~ 9 hours of fun in the Mud, Wind, and early morning cold that soon turned into Birds Chirping and Warm afternoon Sun !
So much Thanks to all of you who could make it down to help out today ! ! !
We got about 96% of the garden marked out !
( complete with name tags in the plots to ease the initial confusion , thanks to Amy Donna ! )
Also Thanks to those of you who brought snack and even Lunch for the group ! ! ( EMILY and others ? )
Bill and Chris were in a battle for first place on who could wheel the most loads of mulch around but I think Peter took the cake for raking ! :)
We even ended the day with planting a few Marigold's thanks to Abra
We'll need to have everyone sign a big card sometime this summer and leave it for our big ticket sponsors !

A few folks mentioned coming out on Sunday, if so Happy Mothers Day :)
Jonathan and I might be there but if not -
Water in the white tank is free for use, there's about three loads of mulch and LOTS of compost...
THE COMBINATION to the garden shed is 24-10-28 ...
JUST MAKE SURE things are kept safe and locked up when you leave :D
We don't have any plans for THE NEXT BIG GROUP GET TOGETHER YET - Do you have any suggestions ? At the next group event we could elect garden leaders and do plenty of other odds and ends... Otherwise we might just keep planning to get "common times" established such as 4-6 on Saturdays ? ( remember your free to create and event on the events tab and let people know when you'd like to schedule a small group effort !
